I designed this to be very beginner friendly. There aren't any technical or confusing terms in the guide. The actions are explained step-by-step to ensure you implement each task with ease.

How long does this take?
I designed this with 7 to 10 days in mind. However, it all depends on how much time you devote to completing each step.
Suggested schedule: Day 1...read through and get familiar with the manual. Then one day per section to allow the information to resonate. Some sections may take 2 days.
